Nasiol ZR53 Nano Ceramic Coating Review – Advanced Car Coating
- 9H hardness is impossible to be penetrated by contaminants.
- Under the hard shell is a soft layer that protects the paint.
- Weather calamities have no effect on the sealant.
- It is impervious to impurities that eat away at the paint.
- It lasts for about 3 years or even more, a rarity in other products.
- The application pads do not seem to be an ideal choice for the job.
- The coating cures at a faster rate in hotter weather conditions.
Verdict
If you don’t mind having a glossy car, this is absolutely perfect. The thick cushioning it provides against natural calamities is truly a dream. The two layer working principle makes sure the surface has enough elasticity and resistance.
The application pads might not be the finest ones. But, that shouldn’t be a deal breaker, since the actual product quality matters more, right?

Box Contents
The box is a standard rectangular paperboard box that contains the following:
- A 50ml bottle
- 2 microfiber towels
- Gloves
- 10 buffing pads
- Multilingual instruction guide
Bottle: The 50ml bottle is any old mediocre plastic bottle with protective lock and that is okay. What would you be doing with a fancy bottle anyway? They have to be disposed of so throwing away a not-so-fancy bottle does not hurt as much.
Microfiber Towels: The microfiber towels come in different colors so that you don’t make the mistake of using an old one instead of the others. Most ceramic coating kits skimp out on including towels but that is not the case for Nasiol ZR53 Nano Ceramic Coating, so you get 2 towels too.
Gloves: The gloves are alright. Although they are not made of high-grade compounds, they get the job done. Of course, nitrile gloves would have been better but you would have bought the same gloves had they been not included in the kit. Make sure you don’t poke a hole in the gloves and get the product in your hands.
Application Pads: Although the addition of the 10 application pads is appreciable, the concept of it is questionable. They don’t hold as much product and they get spent quite fast. If you have a giant vehicle, the service might not be up to your expectation. It’s better if you buy a good quality sponge bar to apply the product.
Instruction Manual: The multilingual instruction leaflet is a diverse addition to reach those beyond the cusps of the English language. Each instruction is just as accurate as the English guidelines and that makes it all the more convenient. This pack is truly a rare find.
Unique Technology
The innovative use of technology is well displayed in its composition. The chemical substance binds well with paint of all types.
Hence, if you have a complicated paint surface, you don’t have to worry about its compatibility. A single coating will do the trick but we would suggest to try and get two coatings out of it for perfection.
The utilization of nanotechnology effectively lets the coating stay intact for up to 3 years. The coating provides a sort of cushioning underneath that makes disincentives bounce right off, while forecasting a hard shell that is difficult to penetrate.
The coating becomes crystallized in the Nano level. But in the non-Nano level, it doesn’t become crystallized. The coating forms two layers, a hard layer on top and a flexible soft layer beneath it. Thus, your paint remains unscarred and unharmed for a long time.
Ultimate Protection
The water-repelling properties are perhaps what woos users on the first go. This means that other slippery impurities like grime, mud, and bird droppings will slide right off. This opens the gate to wash your car as many times as you want without ever inflicting any damage to the paint job.
Protection against UV rays is incomparable. The harmful rays projected from the sun on to the vehicle lead to washed out paint on your car and even causes chipping. Oxidation and rusting are added threatening conditions to the vehicle. Nasiol ZR53 Nano Ceramic Coating provides a wholesome shield against such toxic rays.
Application
The application is a little tricky. While you can easily lay on the coating, the product begins to harden within a mere 20 seconds. Hence if you do not buff the treated area quickly, you might have to use polishing tools to get rid of the hardened blob.
Take a few drops of the liquid on to the treatment pad and begin coating the vehicle in panels. When you do it in sections it is much more manageable and there is less risk of incurring human error. You will be able to monitor an even application.
Make sure you have proper lighting, as you will be spending hours coating the vehicle. Your application will depend on the weather as well. Even though you will be doing the process in a shed, rain will greatly affect your layers. Start when the sky is clear.
Going back to “how to do it”, decontaminate the surface of the car, the trims, lights, bumpers, rims of tires, etc. Dry your vehicle thoroughly so that no droplet of water disrupts the process. Continue with the product application and buffing with the microfiber towels. Let it cure for 48 hours for maximum results.
Final Word
The thing is, the shine on this is not as reflective as it is with other ceramic coatings like the Avalon King Armor Shield IX or the Color N Drive 9H Ceramic Coating. However, the protection it provides against deterrents like dirt, grime, cuts from rocks and pebbles, acid rain, etc. are far more appreciable than their lackluster gloss.
Some people prefer one over the other or a mixture of both features. Honestly, if the shine factor is not too big of a concern for you, this should not be a problem at all. Other than the visible difference, this ceramic coating is worth the buck. It won our hearts with its superior safeguarding capabilities.
Give your car the love of nourishing protection that it deserves!
